Planning granted for Corner Site in Vauxhall

Last month, we won planning approval for the final piece of one of Vauxhall’s most significant developments

The 10-storey office building is the final building in the Spring Mews development. It sits to the west of the Albert Embankment, comprises 30,000-sq-ft of new office space and was unanimously approved by Lambeth Council, for CLS Holdings Plc.

We designed and delivered the whole Spring Mews estate over a period of eight years; an area just over ½  hectare. The new building at 92–98 Vauxhall Walk will sit on the corner site and complete the successful development, which has brought vitality back to a previously neglected and poorly planned slice of Lambeth

Once completed, the once abandoned industrial site will comprise student accommodation, an apart-hotel, luxury student residences units, the UK head office for CLS Holdings, 7 multi-let units and 30,000ft² high quality office tower.
