The Atlantic Hotel occupies a stunning cliff top position in Jersey. The 1960s building, whilst structurally sound, no longer provided adequate guest facilities. Bedrooms and bathrooms were too small, servicing was outdated and the building looked tired.
Working with the client team we devised a strategy and design for a complete overhaul and external extension to the hotel. After obtaining planning permission the first two phases were implemented over a three year programme maintaining summer opening for the hotel throughout.
