The Manser Practice were appointed to design the interiors of ‘Smiths’ of Smithfield, a modern British restaurant located opposite Cannon Street station.
The design features a large bar and show kitchen in the centre of the plan separating a smart dining area from a more casual bar area facing the street. Both areas feature comfortable chairs and high-backed booths to cater for a range of dining occasions, from business breakfasts and lunches to drinks after work and formal dining.
