Our client NEAT Developments Ltd. approached us to provide Interior Design consultancy for their ‘The Northern Quarter’ (TNQ) development in Colindale, North West London.
We designed a marketing suite complete with various show flats, a reception area, meeting room, model area, and circulation spaces, enabling The Northern Quarter brand to begin as soon as prospective buyers entered the building.
In addition, we provided detailed designs for a standard kitchen and bathroom, and 2 schemes for 400 apartments.
We worked closely with TNQ’s marketing team to choose a materials and colour palette that is young, fresh and vibrant, with carefully chosen signage and furniture that creates a strong sense of identity and ties in with the TNQ brand. Our design combines bold colours with industrial finishes to recall warehouse or Brooklyn loft-style living, entirely fitting for this new design quarter, designed to appeal to first-time buyers and young professionals.
The Manser Practice delivered the project on time and on budget, within the constraints of a large and active construction site, taking care to ensure the industrial finishes such as fair-faced concrete walls remained in good condition throughout the construction process.
