Woodberry Down is a luxury development in North London overlooking the New River and the West and East Reservoirs. We were commissioned to design over 300 apartments, ranging from studios to 3-bedroom penthouses, common areas, including gym and swimming pool, and to style show flats to market the development.
This apartment, located in the 152-apartment New River Gardens Building, is the second of three show flats that we delivered for Berkeley Group Plc. The show flat was designed to be a retreat from city life, incorporating warm, calming colours chosen to create a liveable and homely apartment. All artwork, units, furniture, blankets, fabrics and dressings were carefully chosen to add layers to the design, producing a relaxed Scandinavian feel that proved popular with homebuyers.
