Woodberry Down is a luxury development in North London overlooking the New River and the West and East Reservoirs. We were commissioned to design over 300 apartments, ranging from studios to 3-bedroom penthouses, common areas, including gym and swimming pool, and to style show flats to market the development.
For our third show flat, located in the 30-storey Skyline Building, our client Berkeley Group Plc wanted a classic contemporary feel designed to appeal to young professional couples working in central London. Using the current retro and vintage trends popular with young homebuyers, reclaimed furniture was selected to complement contemporary design pieces, and feature wallpaper was chosen to provide a memorable talking point.
These features distinguished the apartment from its competitors yet still appealed to a wide range of prospective clients, with all apartments now sold.
