This mixed-use development was designed to regenerate an industrial wharf at Falmouth Harbour. Taking its design cues from the skills of local boat builders, it contains a mixture of apartments, hotel accommodation, restaurants, a gallery and office spaces; all coexisting to create a lively and active new public realm next to the harbour.
