We have successfully worked with CLS Holdings on many previous projects, most notably Spring Mews, an award winning mixed use development in Vauxhall, which includes student accommodation, a hotel, B1 and offices.
The current site is located on the edge of Maidenhead at a key Gateway into the town centre. The aim is to provide an innovative landmark building which defines a major entry point into Maidenhead but also linking the site with the town centre by improving the pedestrian access through the site and breaking down the barrier between the commercial and the residential areas.
