Vauxhall Walk Public Consultation

We are currently working with CLS Holdings plc to design a new office in Vauxhall as part of our ongoing work in the area.

As part of our ongoing work with CLS Holdings the development of the site on Vauxhall Walk builds upon and continues the growth and ongoing regeneration of the area that was started by the construction of the award winning Spring Mews mixed used development in 2014 and 16 Tinworth St office & student accommodation in 2018.

The development will deliver 30,000sqft of high quality, flexible office space over 10 storeys. Using a mix of anthracite, glazed brick and hit & miss detailing it will reference local recent and historical developments in Lambeth.

The scheme has recently been presented for public consultation with planning due to be submitted in Summer 2019.
