The Manser Practice were appointed by our client to design a housing development on a steep wooded site overlooking the Solent on the Isle of Wight.
We designed a series of well-proportioned houses with good sized rooms and efficient layouts, all carefully positioned to maintain privacy between the houses but also maximise the views out to sea. We took the design through the planning process and carried out a working drawing programme to ensure NHBC approval for the completed houses.
