Project Victory

We worked with our client Squarestone to design a 270 bedroom, four star hotel and an iconic 90,000 square foot office building on the site of a disused Victorian naval dry dock in Gibraltar. This dock determined the orientation of the buildings and will contain the basement levels; upon which the new development, inspired by the nautical history of Gibraltar, will sit. Outline planning permission was achieved in June 2014.
